After you submit a withdrawal request on the Coinate platform, if the funds have not arrived for an extended period, you can use a blockchain explorer to check the transaction status. This helps you confirm whether the withdrawal was successful or identify potential issues. The steps are as follows:
First, obtain your transaction hash (TxID). Log in to your Coinate account, go to the [Assets] page, find the corresponding withdrawal record, and copy the transaction hash. If no transaction hash is displayed, it usually means that the withdrawal request has not yet been processed. Please wait for a while and check again later.
Next, choose the appropriate blockchain explorer based on the withdrawal network you selected. Common blockchain explorers include:
- For BTC, ETH, and other major public networks, please visit:
https://blockchair.com - For Ethereum (ETH) and EVM-compatible networks (such as BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, etc.), please visit the corresponding Etherscan-series explorers, for example:
https://etherscan.io - For the TRON (TRC20) network, please visit:
https://tronscan.org - For the Solana network, please visit:
https://solscan.io
If you are using another blockchain network, please search for and use the appropriate explorer for that network.
In the blockchain explorer, simply paste the copied transaction hash (TxID) into the search bar and press Enter to view the transaction details. These details include the transaction status, number of confirmations, recipient address, and other relevant information, helping you determine whether the transaction was processed successfully.
Based on the transaction status displayed, you can take the following actions:
- If the transaction status shows “Success”, the withdrawal has been completed successfully, and no further action is required.
- If the blockchain shows the transaction as successful but the funds have not appeared in the destination address, this may be due to an incorrect recipient address or missing/incorrect tag (tag/memo). Please verify that the receiving address is correct, ensure the sending and receiving platforms use the same network, and confirm that the tag or memo was filled in correctly. If the issue persists, please contact Coinate customer support for assistance.
- If the transaction status shows “Pending”, it means the transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain and is waiting for network confirmations. In this case, please wait patiently. Transactions are usually confirmed within a few minutes to several tens of minutes.
- If the transaction status shows “Failed”, it may be due to network congestion, insufficient transaction fees, or other reasons preventing the transaction from being successfully broadcast. We recommend contacting Coinate customer support to confirm whether fee adjustments or other actions are required.
- If you are unable to find the transaction, it may be because the transaction has not yet been recorded on the blockchain or the transaction hash is invalid. Please try again later or contact Coinate customer support to confirm whether the withdrawal has been successfully initiated.
By following these steps, you can independently troubleshoot withdrawal-related issues. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
