VIII. Why Hasn’t My Withdrawal Arrived?
Withdrawals typically go through 4 statuses: [Withdrawal Request] → [Pending] → [Processing] → [Completed]
[Withdrawal Request] & [Pending]: Assets not yet on-chain, still queuing or confirming. High volume may cause queuing; system processes by submission time.
[Processing]: Usually very short (minutes), then changes to “Completed.” Prolonged status may be due to queue.
[Completed]: Assets have left Coinate.
IX. What Are “Non-Tradable Assets”?
Coins delisted/unsupported by the platform, or deposited via unsupported networks, are classified as “Non-Tradable Assets.”
They cannot be traded on the platform but can be withdrawn to other supported platforms or wallets.
X. Why Is the Blockchain Address in Withdrawal Records Different from My Deposit Address?
When withdrawing from the platform, the on-chain sender address shown may be the platform’s hot/cold wallet address, not your personal deposit address—hence the difference.
